Need RELIABLE host with 300mb/5gb/cpanel/max $9/month

I'm fed up with xenhosting and nayble. I want something reliable now. I'm ready to pay a bit more for quality.

space: ~300mb
transfer: ~5gb
cpanel & fantastico & mysql etc.
~$9 month.

The only advice I can offer you is to PLEASE research any potential host as thoroughly as you can. Make SURE you send some pre sales mails to them before signing up for service. You could also run a check by company name on google.com
Follow up on feedback that may be on their website or their co. forums.
If there is BAD news on a co., most likely you will find complaints in the forums, especially webhostingtalk.com
As far as a host that offers cpanel as their control panel that will NOT be hard to find at all. The industry is over-saturated with hosts that offer cpanel, if thats your choice.
