While I personally cannot provide you with a dedicated server, I would recommend http://www.10tb.com/. They are a reseller of softlayer with a 1GigE port and 10TB monthly transfer. Their cheapest dedicated is equal to the price socheaphost is offering with similar specifications, 1GigE port and 10TB Monthly Transfer.

And if that is to much for you, you can always go with their first VPS/Cloud package. It also includes a 1GigE port and 10TB Monthly Transfer for $98 per month.

I am a previous client of theirs, so I know the service is good.
