And what do you mean by "resell resellers"? Do you want to sell "Reseller hosting"?

And please keep your budget above $30 for a good cPanel powered VPS cause cPanel itself costs most of the total price for the VPS.

Well 50GB Bandwidth isn't going to hold many proxies. I'll be suprised if it hold one medium sized one for a day...
