Remember, cheapest isn't always best. I've heard people having trouble with renewing and stuff...I'd highly recommend GoDaddy.com, they accept paypal.

I love domainsite, I've never had any trouble with them and my domains always go live super-fast ( within minutes, sometimes ). The only cheaper one I know of is domainsarefree.com ( $3.99 ), but you need a CC.
