low end server needed

hi i am looking for a small dedi to use for testing scripts and so on
i am looking to pay $50 (usd)

things i would like
80+ gig hdd
linux (would take windows 2003 server)
2 or 3 ip's
1.8 ghz or an amd
512 ram
network must be half decent
no setup and can be ready in a few hours
i dont need no managment at all
no cp
just the basic box

like i said for about $50 usd
and for the first plep that says ya cant get that for $50

however there servers sell really fast so it may not be available
one thing to note however is there servers are located in germany and they have a 1 month contract
edit: you get 1 ip with server, additional ips are $5 each but can be bought in bulk, they sometimes give out 2nd ip free depending on the server you have exc

I believe he is after a US based server instead of asians. Although HK and Singapore also has some of the fastest networks in the world, many are sceptical about having their babies in an asian dc.
