*5Gb-10Gb monthly bandwidth
*minimal resitrictions on file size and types (well I need at least 2mb per file and unrestricted to zip files)
*ftp enabled OR
*enable downloading softwares like Getright to do resumable mutiple queued downloads

*****must be RELIABLE and PROVIDE CONTINUOUS transfer for multiple queued files (so that I can transfer files while asleep)
 
Deamon, i got one question for you, where did you buy your server from? you give 75 gb bw monthly? it says it on your site and i also saw your reseller ad!

how do you get that? $12.99 for 2 gb and 100 gb bw for reseller account!

Our servers are from Empirserver.com and other private providers.

And it is 5GB Space/100GB Bandwidth for $12.50.

2. The price
3. Describe or name the features that match the original request.

Uptime simply refers to how long the system [server and network] has been running.

It is not unusually measured by monthly basis. You may find that some host provides 99.9% uptime guarantee as an assurance stating in their SLA. In any event there happens any downtime [the server/network down], you will get a discount. .
