Er... why would anyone pay you to upload your images to them? Its costing them money to host it, why would you make a profit?
 
because they are making profit by ads.
the more views your pic gets, linked, not thumbnailed, the more ads they get.
they got only ad views because i promote my picture.

It doesn't work like that. They are providing you with a free service. They have to pay for promotion, layouts, scripts, servers and much much more. Why would they pay you to host their images with you?

Ads are there because they need to be there. If they paid you every time someone clicked an ad they would go broke because there would be no way known to make enough money.

Think for a minute.

Why are you offering that? For starters, he's asking to be paid, not pay for image hosting.
