Yes, seriously Hamed, you need to find a new email provider. Yahoo is crap.

We've suggested to him over and over to just get a new email address elsewhere and still he sits here and cries about not being able to receive mail correctly. Hamed, just get a new email address somewhere else and then all of these problems will go away. If you choose to not listen and keep your crappy yahoo address, then there's nothing more we can do for you.

It is yahoo's terms to block emil if they can see such mails are spam. They have lots of things to consider and their system can detect clearly whats good or bad mails and we cannot do about it even the host your with right now.
