How many clients on these servers?

I will be moving into a co-located server soon because I want to offer more for less.
I will be hosting 100 clients max (will probably be around 60-80)
Here are a few server configurations that fit my budget.
These are in the $1200-1350(CAD) range:

Server 1 - Dual Pentium III's
DUAL (2) Intel Pentium III 1GHz Processors
Micron USA 168-Pin SDRAM
512MB PC133Mhz 7.5ns Learn More
DUAL (2) 40GB ATA100 EIDE
Sony 52x
1.44MB Floppy
ATI Xpert AGP On-Board Video
Dual (2) Intel 10/100BT PCI NICs
TYAN 2505T
Razor Mid-Tower Server
300-Watt ATX Power Supply
Onboard Promise RAID ATA100
TYAN S2505T Mainboard
Server 2 - Pentium 4 HT
Intel Pentium 2.4GHz Processor
Hyper-Threading Platform
800MHz Front Side Bus
512MB PC3200 DDR Memory
(2) 80GB Serial ATA150 7200RPM RAID Hard Drives (8MB Cache)
Onboard Serial ATA150 RAID Controller Card
Black 52X CD-ROM Drive
Black 3.5" 1.44MB Floppy Drive
32MB ATI 4X AGP Video Card
10/100 Mbps Ethernet NIC Learn More
Black Full Tower chassis w/ 400-Watt P4 Power Supply

Now I can pay $200 more for these servers:
Server 3 - More Powerful Dual PIII's
DUAL (2) Intel Pentium III
1GB (1024MB) PC133Mhz 7.5ns Micron USA 168-Pin SDRAM
DUAL (2) 80GB ATA100 7200 RPM
Sony 52X (Beige)
1.44MB Floppy (Beige)
Onboard ATI Rage Xpert AGP
DUAL (2) Intel 10/100BT NICs
Onboard Promise RAID ATA100
TYAN 2505 T DUAL PIII
300 Watt ATX Power Supply

Server 4: Dual Athlon MPs
Dual AMD Athlon® MP 1800+ Processors
Tyan S2460—Dual Athlon MP Motherboard
512MB PC2100 DDR Memory
Dual 40GB ATA133 IDE Hard Drives
52x CD-ROM Drive
3.5" 1.44MB Floppy Drive
32MB AGP 4x Video
10/100 Fast Ethernet NIC
ATA133 Promise EIDE RAID Card

I know the Athlon MPs will have the best performance, but for a pretty small host (max 100 clients), which one would be better for me?

Thanks

You're wasting your money on the dual cpus. Just get a single cpu server with good amount of ram and you'll be ok.

I agree with Robert here, it is a waste of funds to get a dual CPU box.

As for how many clients, it is a *very* bad idea to measure your box's capacity like that. :confused2
