Hosting Sucks?

New Member
For a year or so i have been looking for a host for my site, and i haven`t found anyone yet.

The problem is that No one will host a site with 8-10gb data transfer a month.

This is all i need.

5+mb. space.
ftp upload.
cgi.
8-10gb data transfer per. month.

Hope that some of you can help me with this one.

Hello
I don't understand why this would be a problem.

Every web host I know offers this sort of service.
It may be that you are not able to pay the normal price for this service and this is limiting your choice.
10GB is not exceptionally high bandwidth these days.
We provide hosting for sites using 50-60GB (but obviously they pay for the bandwidth).

I think he would need 5 or more (+) MB of space.

There are tons of hosts that offer what you are looking for. Most will give you around 50 Megs of space though. Do a search in some of the hosting directories or try searching SitePointForums for a hosting company. There are a lot of them out there!

why don't you try to search in hostsearch.com or tophost.com
Just a question.. are only 5mb of storage? or 50?maybe you forgot a 0.
Best Regards

Why is that so hard to find?

don't most hosting companies provide like 50mb...2 gigs of transfer?

just take a look at these

catalog.com, jumpline.com, icom.com, netcoz.com, rackshack.net

hope that helps
