unlimited space or around 50 megs or more
cgi-bin
PHP
and a ftp account

also can any one tell me about dk3.com why does the ftp never work

I believe xug.net doesn't set a limit on space. That does not mean it is unlimited though.

No file limits, no space limits, no band limits, php, sql, ftp...

Thats probably why we're reccomended as the best.

But to answer the question, no, we do not put ads on the sites yet.

5 Gbs is ok for a newbie site, but not for a big site..... like i use above 20 Gbs per month on my web site
