My friend has launched a new website , plz review about its speed , user friendliness options...

the site is about gig market place , where you can post what you can do and you could get paid for completing the job after someone orders you..

Is there anything there that needs to be changed...plz have a review...Is there anything can be done in the creative aspects ? Please leave your honest reviews...
