what to upload to cPanel...??(ur wrong.. that prog. upload to FTP)
anyway... www.ahost.ro can offer you hosting with ftp access.

It's probably not a good idea to post your email address publically without putting a piece of bad text (eg. "NOSPAM") in it. Or the spambots will pick it up and spam you with all kinds of UBE/UCE, which I don't think you'd like.
