I'm looking for a nice stable reseller with no ads, WHM (Of course), cPanel or Directadmin, lots of spots for user accounts.
And then the space around 30GB - 50GB.
Bandwidth around 300GB or so.

Sorry, NO ONE will offer this you, that isnt overselling by a long way!

Go Real and aim for about 5GB and 20-30GB Bandwith,

30-50GB Webspace, 300GB Bandwith, that would cost you atleast $20 for a non-oversold package!
