Hi! Im making this site for my school which has no website at all. And I guess it would be an honor if i make its first website. Im looking for a host with...

At least 3 my sql database for the forum guestbook and newsboard that i will install. I read from other forums that I dont need more than 1 my sql,so, I hope the scripts that i install wont need to use more than one my sql
Pre-installed scripts especially forum, guestbook and newsboard. I hope this scripts wont redirect me to other page like Bravenet.
PHP, CGI, PERL, SSI
If it's possible, high bandwidth (maybe 10 gb) so i can use radioblog but if it isnt possible 3-5 gb is ok. I dont know if how much bandwidth does a school with a population of 500 internet users need.
At least 100-300 mb of space.
No filesize limit. Or if isnt possible, 2mb filesize limit
At least 5 ftp accounts.
I dont care about ads. I would even let my fellow students click an ad before they can go to another part of the school site.
I can post forums if it's worthy like a .edu, .com, .net etc. domain
