Does anyone know of a really good form builder? I need one to where I am not limited in how many fields that I can have.

I just checked out jotform.com. Looks pretty awesome, but I was wondering is this. When someone sends fills one of the forms out, will their software send you an email the exact way they filled the form out with the form information to the left? Like below.

Name :GeorgeB
Address: 2245 Royal Ave. New York, NY. 20011
Phone: 293-212-2312

This is how 123contactforms.com does it, which is easier for when I forward the emails to my investors.

I suppose that any paid solution can have trial or demo. And you can use it at once

I presume so yes George, it's been ages since I used Jotform though, as I code my own forms etc to do it.

I tried a sample of the forms and it works the way I presumed. It even sends the IP address of the sender and date and time of when it was sent to me.

I will give it some though, but this might come in handy better for me for the type of business I currently have.

I too feel that 123contactform is a great tool.

Well according to 123contactform, they will only receive a copy of all submissions at the clients requests. They also stated that they only have one client at the present they do this for, but if it is not requested they will not do it.
