Does anyone know of any website, or software that is similar in nature, as Jotform.com?
They recently had some sort of email server issue, and no longer allow forms to be sent using the senders email address. They now use "noreply" addresses, but have the senders email inserted into an area for a reply.
This works fine, if it is going to an emaill system like Outlook etc.
However, most of their users, including myself use 3rd party software to retrieve the form submissions, and there is no way to program them to seek a "reply to email"
Jotform's support is in their own way, trying to help, but all that is happening is going around and around in circles.
