Although the OP forgot to include the url to the website I think it is safe to assume that he is talking about fivewires.com.

I really like how the pages are built, and especially the login box. I also like that the OP got creative and instead of xx.99 prices the plans are priced quite randomly (4.76/mo).

I don't really have a suggestion for the OP, I think the website looks very good overall!

The live chat that pops up automatically without permission is absolutely 100% annoying as hell. I absolutely hate it when companies do that, and so do most others. You will very likely lose clientele due to that. The design itself looks great!

I agree with you, I told our sales reps not to begin chat with a visitor.
