Automated Billing System

Hello I have been having some problems with my automated billing system. It's not a big deal but my automated emails for when a user signs up is marked as spam. Is there anyway to somehow make it so when it auto-emails to the user that it doesn't have "spam-like" characteristics. The automated script I am currently using is The Hosting Tool. Unfortunately, a lot of the free providers do mark certain emails as spam, an example being Hotmail. One thing you can do to prevent this is to set an TXT DNS record as an identifier to mark email sent from certain locations as genuine. Setting up items like rDNS on your servers IP , domainkeys and SPF records will help keep from your emails getting marked as spam.. Also using SMTP instead of php will also help.

Also check your IP at http://mxtoolbox.com/ for blacklists; you could just have a poor reputation.
