Automated billing software in Dutch?

Is there any good (free) automated billing software in Dutch?
I tried BoxBilling but the Dutch translation doesn't work, the whole site stays in Dutch.
I think that WHMCS is way to expensive! Unless one of you guys can give me a cheaper one?

WHMCS is the only one I know with decent translations for any language. You might be able to get a copy slightly cheaper, but only bundled with hosting services.

We do, but we don't sell a whole lot of WHMCS licenses, so the discount we get is really negligible. It'll be a few bucks, but nothing major.

I could do 50GB of disk space and 200GB of bandwidth with WHMCS for about $22.50 or so.
