10MB webspace with 10GB data limit per month

I was looking for some hosting providers in the netherlands and i found some similar hosting accounts.
http://www.hoster4all.nl
http://www.easynt.nl
can't remember the third url
the both offer 10 mb webspace with 10 GB datalimit per month for about $10 a month. Both offer reseller account.
It seems to me that they are both resellers for an other company.
Can someone shed some light on this?

Both appear to be using Alabanza IP addresses
for their main site. I've not checked their
sites however. See if they have the characteristic
Alabanza control panels...
