We think you'll like it. We keep the environment well maintained and it's very fast. These are all Intel Nehalem servers, 1333MHz RAM, etc. Each cPanel installation is carefully monitored and we can scale that application as necessary. So traditionally providers see customers grow and they say "oh crap" and either migrate them all to new servers, or some to new servers causing downtime and frustration for all customers on that server with temporary performance problems. All of that is seamless with Cloud and happens with a simple reboot.

Q. How much time will take to activate my account?
A.The account will be activated instantly after the first payment, contact support if there is any problem activating your account, additional features must be required by opening a ticket in your client area.

A. Yes we do!, we offer both for free MySQL and PostgreSQL for all Cloud Hosting accounts.

Q. What are the specifications of your servers in general?
A. Our technology is based usually on Dual Xeon 2.8GHz. 4-8 GB RAM, In a LW DC, we also have another solutions located in Dallas, in a Softlayer DC, Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands). Some servers are in Lansing, Mishigan in a LiquidWeb DC. Chicago, IL, in a SingleHop DC or ThePlanet DC.
Q. When the offer ends?

Q. I´m looking for Paid hosting so what are your payment options?
A. We offer several payment options, from bank transfer (HSBC or Local Banks), (remittances) Wenster Union, MoneyGram, Elektra, to PayPal and Moneybookers. But for this promotion we ONLY accept Paypal as payment gatheway for monthly Terms, if you are going to pay an Anual or Bianual billing term for our services, then you will be able to do it via MoneyGram, Bank Transfer or Wenster Union, but you must handle with the extra fees for performing the payment using this methods.
Q. What about adding funds to my reseller accounts at enom and neo?
A. We must respect the eNom standards, the minimum amount to add on your eNom account is 100.00 USD (extra 10 USD setup fee, this also applies for your SSL Reseller account linked to eNom), for the Directi|NEO account the minimum amount to add is a single Domain, that usually is 10.00 USD (as global default domain price).
