Negative people are what make new hosts fail. But I would like to say that we have now gotten a 2nd server up due to our first one being full. This one is plesk, we have also lowered the prices recently.

Nocster.com has good support. And great prices. only problem is the setup.

Well, I have been with them for about a week. Tech support isnt the best. But its good for not gaurunteeing that they would offer any tech support at all. Server is decent, prices good. And I am not sure as to if they will permanently remove the 25 setup fee or not.

I now have a server with them. And the 15/reboot is if they have to do it manually. Otherwise you can do it though whatever control panel you have with them. They even knocked off that nasty 25 dollar setup fee on ip's for me!

I think I saw that post, and that it is in an old RackSpace facility that they recently sold due to never getting it up and running. Who knows.

Hey thanks, the problems were due to the fact that we had another customer with the same account name so it wasn't created automaticly even though it said it was. But all is good now.
