Does anybody know of a domain registrar that is reliable, fairly cheap, and does not require you to pay with a credit card? I'd like to buy a domain or 2 using either PayPal or money orders. My dad will not let me use his credit card, because he thinks I already have enough domain names. But...

I disagree. Sure, design isn't really that important, but if the host's site looks anything but professional, people are going to think the service is unprofessional too. - Ty

I agree, the red title and the stars don't look that great. If you put a green header type graphic there instead, it would probably look pretty nice, and I think you could probably just leave the background white. - Ty

I agree, your first color scheme looked quite a bit better. Personally, I think it would all work better if you just got rid of the pink and blue [here comes the poll] stuff, and put that on it's own separate page. - Ty

Hi. I think it would look better if the top frame was not a frame, but just there at the top part of the page. It would also look better if the gray of the header matched the gray of the background. Just some ideas. I like the cartoon things. :) - Ty

Has anyone ever used them? They sound very good, probably too good to be true. They offer 20megs of space for people with domain names, with no ads on your site. If you already have a domain, it costs $35 to transfer it to them, or it costs $18 to buy a new one from them, which isn't too bad...

This is probably a stupid question; I know I've figured it out before, but don't remember the solution. If I want a counter on my page, and am using frames, where should I put the code for the counter? If I put it on the index page, with the frameset code, it doesn't seem to count my visitors...
