Let me clarify a bit. I would like a host that doesn't charge a whole lot for service. This is my first website so I don't want to spent too much money- just something reliable with no ads. Oh, and I already have my own domain so that shouldn't be a problem. Who do you recommend?

I uploaded phpBB2 to my host. When I go to setup to BBS it says I don't have permission. Does that mean my host doesn't allow PHP or something? I'm currently using Netfirms. . .
