WYSIWYG editor for wordpress

Does anyone know what the plugin name is for a WYSIWIG editor that makes it look like word or something for when your creating a new blog post?

I used to have it, but dont anymore, and I have installed several plugins, which none have been what I am seeking.

I am looking more for an editor for when your posting a new post via the admincp.

There are like 100 wysiwyg editors at WordPress.org, lots of them look like word.

I have no problem in believing that..but unless I typed in the wrong search terms, I couldn't find any that looked anything like word, or gave me more than the plain basics.
