did you chmod the installer right when it was uploaded. if you do not chmod it run it and then change it back it wont work. read the directions good and if you need help...ask and someone will help ya I'm sure. there are alot of us using phpbb.

what should i chmod the installer 2. I followed all directions so i dont know what i did wrong.
