Which one you used? Which one should i pruchase?

I want purchase a Host without Domain Registration.

The Host should provide some service as below:

At least 100MB Disk Space
At least 3GB Monthly Transfer
At least 99.5% Server Uptime
Unlimitted Sub-Domains
Unlimitted POP3 Email Accounts
Unlimitted FTP Accounts
Unlimitted MySQL Databases

POP3/SMTP
Web-based Email
CGI
PHP
...
...

After searching and comparing,I found some ISP
But i have no exprience for use their service.
So my friends,if you used or using these service.
Please give me some advice.Thanks!

I have read bad reviews on both dot5hosting and hostrocket. And not just one either. Myacen is good. Also try HostMatix.com.

But if you are going to go with robert's choices then hostrocket gives lowest prices as their "3 day Giga Sale" has been going on for about 30 days...

If you read some of those threads, you will see that they don't have much in the way of support, whilst the more expensive ones need to pay their support staff, hence a slightly higher cost for hosting. :)
 
He also opened a thread in WHT.
As i said there, think MORE before purchasing a new host, as there are many aspects (besides price) you should think about. :cool2:

Because these small hosts that are cheap are not registered companies, do not pay taxes, do not have to pay for programs or scripts or a PO Box.

The best way to tell if a host is a trustworthy host is to ask if they are a registered company. A LLC or a Incorporation. If they are, ask in what state and then contact the state and find out if they are.

Also, see if they lista a telephone # or a fax number and an address. If they don't you may want to steer clear of such hosts.

They have 2 offices in Dubai and the US with phone number contact at both locations. You don't have to charge unreasonable amounts to make a profit...
