Which is the fastest way to get traffic Seo or Social Bookmarketing?
I contend that speed is dependent upon how much input one does.
Please let me know what you think.

Short Term? Any form of Marketing.
Long Term? SEO.

Both should be done to get the full effect, but SEO will sometimes take months to have a possitive effect, and unless you have a few highly searched keywords, it may not even pay off.
