No, if you own a license to vb you can get all your hacks there.

Don't think phpbb's template system is the easiest! For sure though much more easy than other known free forums! vB is better.

Yeah. I've really grown to love the phpBB template system. I find it rather usefull as it makes editing them easy.

i myself prefer vBulletin...i neither have the board nor a license, but what i have seen so far is very nice

phpbb2 is by far the easiest to hack. Plus if you know a bit of code, it's the easiest to customize.

i love vB's templates. they are very easy to customize, so you have a good-looking vB in some hours(or minutes if you know what you are doing )

Yeah, I agree fully.
phpBB2's templates are ever so easy to install
Same goes for the mods.
I have never run across any problems installing mods/templates doe phpBB2.
