What's your opinion on CFM Resources?

I'm currently looking for a reliable free host with FTP and no ads. Does anyone have any experience with CFM Resources?

The last review on this site for CFM Resources was dated 2001, so I thought it might be worth checking here as well. Anyone know if it's worth signing up with them?

I don't recomment them.

I've been using them and they're very unreliable.
