What does "oo" mean?

Ummm I am really confused. My Boss when I talk to him on msn always says "oo" when we are ending our conversation.

What does it mean...I would feel stupid asking him

Maybe he uses AT&T's zero-zero info function a lot and it has overtaken his mind and he is becoming obsessed with it and thinks of that "Double-O Info" jingle that never appears in AT&T commercials anymore all the freaking time. Or not, just a theory. (a bad theory at that)
