what does host.sk offer?

could someone translate HOST.SK for me? im not sure what language it is, otherwise i'd use babelfish.

i just need to know their basics (space, bandwidth, type of ads, if it supports cgi, php etc...) and where and what the signup page is at and what it says.

any help would be appreciated!
