Weird Blacklist issue

We are facing a weird issue with a Cpanel server since past few days. Everyday the IP addresses of the server get blacklisted in CBL. We get the spam evidence, but surprisingly we don't find any information about the spam from the exim main log. Till now whatever copies of spam complaint have been received don't show anything in the log file. It has become difficult to track down the actual spammer because of this. Is there any other way we can find out the actual spammer?
 
What is your sent mail summary showing? It should be obvious who is sending a bunch of emails.
