I was planning to get my hosting from verohost.com, but it closed.

I was for my media site which would have videos for stream and download.

But there won't be too many visitors, but i will need some space

i need 300MB, file manager, ftp, domain and the regular features

and features needed for php forum hosting as well....

the host should be reliable and under $5/month basis....
 
Would make it easier if we knew two things:

1) Are the videos of adult material?

2) Do you hold the copyrights or have permission to make the videos available on a website?
