web hosting server specs?

what should the specs of a web hosting server be?
i am thinking of getting:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz
2 gigs of ram
160 gigabyte first hard drive
80 gigabyte second hard drive
10 mbps port
1500 gigabyte t1 bandwidth
centos linux
cpanel control panel

i am wondering if i should make any edits to it

I would try and upgrade the hard drives... Also, a 100mbit port would be much more powerful.

Don't oversell the server and you should be fine.

ok, and i may oversell it a tiny bit(like 5 or 10 gigs of bandwidth and like 500 mb of space, not egnouf to make a diffrence, and i will upgrade the hard drives to 250 gigs, that good? and get a 100 mbps port

I would say if the hard drives were 250GB in size you would be much better off and won't have issues down the road.

I personally would sell and price the packages by bandwidth amount. If you are going to oversell, be careful and watch your server loads.

i will only oversell a tiny bit like i said above, no more then 5 gigabytes of space and 15 gigs of bandwidth

It all depends on if you plan on using that for a long time. I would recommend a 100MBPS port as others said, and a main HDD of atleast 250GB, and a backup of around the same.

Here's a breakdown of our shared server specs:
Core2Quad Q6600
5GB DDR2 RAM
500GB SATA II Hard Drive (we have external backup space outside of the DC)
100MBPS port
