Web Designer Needed

There are some really great designs here. I am seriously impressed. Someone's gonna get paid good.
Anyway.... I am submitting all these designs now. The execs will narrow it down to 3-4 of the ones they like best. Then their Board of Directors will be deciding tomorrow by noon California time which one they will go with. Once they let me know, I will post here who has the job.

Just so you know, there is probably additional pay work past this also. They have several websites. These sites will be moved to their new server that I am now hosting. Each site has it's own domain. Whoever gets this will have access to their account. These people know "nothing" about computers and internet....so you will have to move their domains also, as well as their content (or redesigned). It's the same control panel as used on WorldzonePro (Hsphere). So if you arent familiar with it, make use of our online documentation and support forums. Since this is a Corporate Account, it's a priority client. Any errors you run into, or failed processes, get a hold of Julie (the other WZ System Administrator) immediately for it to be fixed. So by getting this job, you are taking on all their sites each with their own pay.

Some of you need to find better music though.... seriously. Some of it has a skip when it loops, that makes them sound even worse. It's better to leave off the music than have a skip on a loop.

Evidently on some computers, the font doesnt look right. I'm told, for example, that the "About Us" on the left top dropdown menu looks like "reout us". Might wanna change that font type.

Cool thanks for feedback, yeh i will change the music to suit there needs/style if im selected, i have a load of sounds they can browse through and pick the most appropriate or i can choose again Also in terms of design.......if the design is not quite to their 100% likeing it can be changed....areas redone etc.

Ok, new feedback::::
Sound:: Music should be classical.
Volume:: Low
Volume control:: Down & Up (left to right).
Lowest = no sound, on up to high...be defaulting on low, just enough to be audible.
There was a debate on this...questions like::
1) Should there be music?
2) If there is, what should it be? (They decided on classical)
3) Should it be on or off by default? (They decided on by default)
4) Should the sound be low or high? (They decided low)
5) Can there be a volume control? (I said yes)
They still havent decided which they like. I'd say it's pretty close. I dont know who is liking what though. I know the CEO and the Vice President is both looking at them also. So you all have the attention of the people at the top levels of this Corporation .... make it look good!

Why do you care, your not one running the show here, WebDude and 21st...inc are. They havn't decided the final one yet so if its a really good design, its better a bit late then never

Read this carefully. These designs were all so good that it took them 3 days of meetings to decide which one they would get. I dont need anyone getting mad or upset because they worked hard on this and didnt get it. The winner will not be eligible for another website until the rest of you have been given a site to do. I have to say that this contest has brought out the best designers here, and I will be able to make use of all of you and put you all to work at a great pay per site. Let me give you a break down of what I was told in reply to my questions and conversation.

Personally, I thought this one or #3 had it. I almost had a heart attack when I found I was wrong. While I thought it was a great design, they shied away from the high rise building fearing it would immediately bring to mind 911, which is what they dont want potential investor's minds on when they visit the site.

I think even the author may be surprised that he has the job considering the competition he was against. However, they liked the music and images on this one. They said this one showed exactly what they represent. There are a number of changes that need to be made, but overall, this is the one they liked best.
I was on the phone with the President of the company. He was very professional and was not lacking for explanations. He said it was a very tough choice, and that they had to call in the CEO's wife to break the tie. Chris, I will need you to contact me webdude/@charter.net (take the dash out.) I would like the others to contact me also. I need you to email me with the following info.
1) Which site you did.
2) Name, Phone (even if over seas from here), and any web based contacts (messenger, email, etc, city, state, country (street address only if you want)
Again, it was a tough choice. I thank you all for submitting your designs and working so hard on them. I will list the ones I will use as follow ups.

Congratulations to the winning design! I figured it was a tough call in there somewhere by the time that was taken to decide.
well you see i did meet the deadline, the computer virus just struck me the day before the deadline was due, and i had to start over. I didnt even have access to the net. so here is my design anyway even though i know it is past the deadline. It probably won't be considered since i've past the deadline... but i guess its my bad luck... :cry2: I'm gonna kill that person who leaked that virus on the net.... but good luck to the person who won... the designs are excellent.
