(urgent) Looking for a Host for my Website

I'm working on a fifa2004 website recently and i am in need of a kind soul who would host me..

i'm currently hosted by http://gaming.fulldownload.net/ but the site is too slow.. the speed im uploading at is 1Kbps maximum 2Kbps. and its horrendous.

I'm only asking for...
30MB
Cpanel(does not matter)
PHP 4.*
MySQL
4GB of bandwidth (maybe require more infuture)
FTP
1 Subdomain
