How do i format my disk in the windows installiation?

when you are in setup, it will take you to a screen that says you already have a version of windows installed. delete the partition. then you press "L" i believe to continue from there. then you will be back at the same screen but with no partitions. continue with setup. then it will ask you to format the disk. format using NTFS file system. DONT DO THE QUICK FORMAT, it is not as good. clean everything and do the long one. once it formats, it will set the system files, and then it will reboot to windows, and finish setting up there with the serial number TCIP settings and so on. have fun.
