Do you still use that subdomain account that I set you up with 4 months ago? If you do then you will know how good our uptime is.
I don't believe you have ever contacted support but we are 24/7. We have staff in the US as well as Australia so we are fully covered and everyone gets some sleep. We try and get on live chat as much as possible but our main priorities are email and ticket support. Mike and the crew in the US seem to get on chat more than we do here in AU. But response times are quite good - usually within an hour or two.
