The extra pages such as the help, etc aren't working yet but the main bits are. Could you all please let me know what you think of the design?

Designs great very professional, I like the idea too, but the actual service is really slow. (I.e. ebaumsworld.com takes 3 times as long to load then it would normally).

Don't know wheter this kind of service is needed, there are enough anon proxies and with tools such as multiproxy you can get quite good results.
