stable vps

I need a stable VPS for irc exactly for psybnc running.

The VPS feature its doesnt matter.

It must be stable on ircnet,quakenet,efnet,dalnet etc..

Its need to be min 10 days uptime on one of these ircd network without ping timeout etc..

Can anybody tell me some good VPS provider for this purpose?
