Some question

If you contact your host, they'll usually tell you the web server software they are using.

Do you believe what the host tell you? They may not be telling the true.

I see the following in phpinfo
apache2handler
Apache Environment

That mean they are running apache?

I tell the host that he don't have litespeed on the server and he say that the server use apache litespeed instead of the normal litespeed that why you can't find it in php info. Is there such as apache litespeed?

I haven't heard of that but maybe a host that specialises in that type of hosting could confirm if it exists.

Better not use the web hosting which do not tell you truth. And what is the reason lie to the customer if that can be easily checked

Yep, seems the host knows nothing... The only thing I was able to find is a host proxying ruby on rails to lightspeed but everything else on apache2. So if that was the case it really isn't being used as not many clients use RoR in my experience.

You can also navigate to sites like DomainTools.com and it will show whether the server is running on Apache or LiteSpeed.

I believe the host is not telling you the truth. With LiteSpeed and Apache set up side by side LiteSpeed will still be on the frontend while Apache on the backend. The PHPInfo file should show LiteSpeed instead of Apache.
