Search Engine Script?

There are tons of these, but I want one where users can submit their own urls and I can add my own if I please.... A Free one would be nice, but let's see what posts I get. Thanks.

Wouldn't that be similar to a fully-fledged Topsites directory?

Because if otherwise...

Remember:

1. The PHP Program will have to work in-sync with MySQL.
2. You should have A part where the PHP Script gets the description attribute of meta tag.

Otherwise, go to hotscripts and find one that suits your needs.

there are several out there fluid dynamics has a good one i use on alot of my mainstream websites, and the data base can be used on different sites just transfer it

Here is how i would do it. Have the user fill out a form that saves the information to a database. The form would ask, url, description etc. Then that saves to a mysql database. Then have a search form written in php that searches the database for matches and displays them.
