About 5gb bandwidth
MySQL
PHP
CGI
SSI
.htaccess
Domain Hosting
About $20 yr

and yeah basically thats about it

Also can someone recommend me a good and cheap domain registar which accepts online credit cards :biggrin2:

Godaddy is the cheapest reputable domain registar.

Valcato is known to have problems with their servers. And whatever else you mentioned I have not heard.
