Proxy ads?

I am looking for ads for on my proxy site, I prefer payout through PayPal.
Google Ads doesn't do that, what ads do you advertise?

I am using http://www.adhitz.com on my other websites but they don't allow proxies, they allow bux sites for some weird reason.
