providesupport Live chat?

Hey everyone.

I'm just basicly asking if anyone has had experiance with providesupport Live chat. They say it runs in the background of your computer and your alerted when someone requests support.

The price is good if that is the case, but has anyone had any good (or bad) experiances with it?

Hi

Well we use it, its costly tho, it runs on your desktop. It has many features, tells you which page a visitor is on, gives IP, loctaion, country. It also has a world map & pin points where they are. :).

I assume just don't pay, use Fantastico and install the Live Support from there. You can just minimize it, and it'll popup and make a noise when you get someone.

Any live support program fantastico has si garbage. I use phplive, works great, you can get winapp if you want a desktop program. It's not too expensive. I might consider it in the future if I get more live chats.

The company that I am working for uses php live intensively and all goes very well now.
Previously, when they were on another server they had pretty bad interruptions, now on the new server everything is working smoothly.

One more little thing to take care of before buying the script, is to allocate around 2GB of bandwidth and an ever increasing space (for the logs).

At the moment the usage is around 1GB space and 2GB bandwidth/month for about 20 orders per day. But as I said, we use it intensively.

Well. I've gone with PhpLive lite, i've had alot of interest over the LiveChat already, and if i get more i may even get the Win32 client. But the web based one is good for now.

Thanks for recomending it cbp.
