I just need a pr0xy that can bypass many things really school lol please
i just can't find a pr0xy that will bypass my school cause it picks up alot of crap
 
I would rather not help kids break the rules put in place for them.. Kids follow rules, When your a adult your make your own ;) - So long as its within the law that is.

True lol... Even google is having trouble loading up in some schools. With their comp you have no where to go. I seen teachers giving students the privilege to use the internet but theres no where to go.
 
The companies who do the filtering don't care at all. They have a support email address, and if you email them they try to give you a demo and sign you up for their mailing list automatically...

I'm considering running for school board president just to get this changed. I hear it's not hard to get in because hardly anyone votes for the person. Usually, it just ends up being some parent who gets the position...

Oh well I suppose I can't complain. People in China have to deal with censorship and they don't get anywhere near the quality of education we receive.
 
Does anyone actually realise that various places block for a purpose?

I have a proxy for use as I have had clients lock themselves out due to password entry being wrong, so banned IP, so they get a second/last chance.

Used for the correct purpose they are a web tool worthy of being there - for defeating your school/company/whatever - why do you try?
 
i am not going to post my proxy sites to help you break school rules, sorry man, but, if you are set on breaking them, then try learning to use google. that would be the place to find what you need/want.
 
Of course they block for a reason - since many parents would be shocked to find out their kids are playing games when they should be working. But if the kid is using a proxy, it's impossible for it to happen by accident and the school doesn't get blamed.

I think it's like doodling - lots of people will do it. It's a waste of paper, pencil/pen, and time but still it's fun. And of course the teacher is going to try to stop it.

this is true for my school. i mean, we cant even access fanfiction.net or yahoo on some computers:eek3:
