The green ad is very distracting and annoying and the big blank white space is begging for you to put a banner up.

3/10 - That green ad needs to go and you need a banner in the giant white space.

Fix that stuff and it'll be more around a 8/10
 
It's a nice looking template it loads fine for me, defenatly get rid of the big green add. And i think u should replace the doted background with a plain white one.
 
very well designed, as craig replied, i feel the green color of the ads at the top are very peculiar.
better to use an external CSS.
also you may use a title, description meta tags, doc type declaration etc.
9/10 for the design.
 
Looks like everyother hosting company's website, i agree with the "bought" reply except i dont even think you bought it.
 
I can't actually see the green ad so I would say it is quite boring, but good. It does look bought and probably is so I would give it 6/10.
 
I would give it a 6! It looks a little busy too me, I am not drawn to anything in particular, and if I was just browsing websites, it probably wouldn't catch my eye. The bottom of your page has quite a bit of extra space, so definitely some more graphics or some banners.

Loaded just fine for me, but I am on high speed!

I think it looks fine. I didn't have any load time problems, but then I have a fast connection.

If this is just a template you got somewhere, then why have people rate it? You didn't really do anything.
