Ok. I really really really need help with Joomla! I am trying to put a javascript event in the TinyMce Editor box. Do you guys know where I can put "onKeyPress();" tag in? To make it clearer, I want things to happen for each key a person presses in that editor field. Also, do you guys happen to know how I can force the whole joomla site to be encoded in utf-8 format when sending and displaying info? Please help I am desperate. Thanks.

After adding this meta to the skin files it somehow accepted UTF-8 contents, but not the headers.
